Beginning as a dietary assistant, then serving in various clinical rolls, and advancing to executive level positions within both public and private companies created unique skills. Ancillary activities included both small and large acquisitions, ground up expansions and de novo.
Most recently, Member, President and Chief Operating Officer, responsible for 43 SNF/AL/IL, 3,000 residents, 3,500 associates; with operations in OH, MI, WI and KY; and ancillary entities with $250 MM annual run rate.
