James Ferkany, CPA

Motivated by developing sustainable and highly effective teams and processes. 35 years of finance, tax and accounting experience with privately held senior living and post acute care companies with a blend of public and industry accounting. Consistent achievement with M&A, multi-state operations, affiliated real estate companies, start-up, benefits plans, treasury/cash management, and financial reporting.

Most recently, Tax Director and Corporate Secretary, responsible for 29 SNF/AL/IL, 2,000 residents, 2,400 associates; with operations in OH, MI, WI and KY; $150 MM annual run rate.

Pam Reese, RN

Member, SVP Resident Services

Leader. Nurse. Educator. An engaging public speaker and author having a special interest in the care of people and loved ones impacted by Alzheimer’s and dementia. Developer of a habilitative approach to addressing care needs. 25 years of executive and ownership experience directing clinical operations in the acute, post acute and senior housing settings.

Most recently, Member and Chief Clinical Officer, responsible for 43 SNF/AL/IL, 3,000 residents, 3,500 associates; with operations in OH, MI, WI and KY; $230 MM annual run rate.

Lonnie Harvey

VP of Human Resources

Ambassador. Coach. Trainer. Caregiver. 34 years of experience in all aspects of human capital. People oriented leadership in the senior living and healthcare space. Expertise includes compensation, benefits, labor relations, training, conflict resolution, employment practice and law.

Strong emphasis in strategic planning with on-site managers, directing operational functions, launching HR initiatives, developing company culture, and engaging mediation processes. Serves as company spokesperson and build relations with business leaders and colleges to enhance awareness of company initiatives.

Donnie Blunt, LNHA
