Senior Living Development

Attitude and Approach

Real estate development is the continual reconfiguration of the built environment to meet society’s needs. Someone must motivate and manage the creation, maintenance, and eventual re-creation of the spaces in which we live, work, age, and play.

When we re-envision living and working spaces, whether greenfield or brownfield, the objective is to promote the factors that strongly influence health outcomes through design and atmosphere.

Secular Theme

Social determinants promote well-being when the following needs are met.

  • Physical Environment – Housing, commons, transportation, safety, and accessibility
  • Socioeconomic – Food security, nutrition, financial stability, community, and socialization
  • Health Behaviors – Exercise, activity, hygiene, and medical compliance

We think a lot about program elements and the interplay between process, systems, the physical plant, and people. Our environments are aimed to support the delivery of health outcomes, thoughtfully; both for our residents and with our associates in mind.
